An integration template developed by using the ticket brokering application BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, leveraging BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit. Use the integration template to automatically create BMC Helix ITSM incidents for a new SolarWinds alert. The integration template is applicable for incidents created per alert and per server. The integration template automates the task of updating server details to the BMC Helix ITSM incident.

- View the SolarWinds alert details in the corresponding incident. The incident number is also updated in the alert notes.
- Synchronize server updates.
- Update the status of the alert to Acknowledge when the BMC Helix ITSM incident is closed.
