Contact usThe BMC Remedy ITSM connector enables you to perform create and update actions through any BMC Remedy ITSM form that you select. You can also perform specific actions to create work orders and service, incident, and change requests. The connector also permits the import of Service Request Definitions (SRDs) as services in BMC Digital Workplace Catalog, and service categories from BMC Remedy ITSM Service Request Management as categories in BMC Digital Workplace Catalog.
The BMC Remedy ITSM connector is compatible with applications built using BMC Remedy ITSM 8.1 SP2 or later.
