BMC Helix Requirements Discovery and Alignment Service

What you get:

BMC Helix will perform the following:

• Conduct a series of workshops to:
  • Review business needs and current state operating model
  • Identify gaps between current and future ways of working
  • Derive functional requirements based on areas of future business need
• Prepare Gap and Configuration Traceability Matrix (GCTM)
• Review GCTM with Customer

Customer will be responsible for:

• Providing access to relevant domain expert resources to share documentation on business context, use cases, architecture, existing processes, organization or governance practices
• Attending workshop and collaborating with relevant Customer roles

Deliverables:Using BMC Helix’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Gap and Configuration Traceability Matrix

Completion Criteria: BMC Helix will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

BMC Helix will provide this service with one of the approaches below:

Pre-requisites:

• Preparatory call between Customer and BMC Helix to mutually agree on a project schedule including up to 16 workshop hours across 14 consecutive business days
• Establish the scope of the functions and processes that will be part of requirements workshops
