What you get:
BMC will perform the following in one environment:
- Conduct a workshop for gathering requirements
- Prepare Solution Design Document
- Configure BHOM to create incidents from events
- Update the out of the box event policy to create incidents
- Create up to three additional policies for incident generation
- Prepare Construction Document
- Prepare Test Strategy and System Test Plan
- Assist Customer with functional testing
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing BMC Helix ITSM administrator for validation
- Conducting functional testing
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Solution Design Document
- Construction Document
- Test Strategy and System Test Plan
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
Pre-requisites:
- BHOM and BMC Helix ITSM must already be onboarded and configured for user access
- Firewall ports may be required between BHOM and BMC Helix ITSM
- Customer to provide a privileged BMC Helix ITSM service account for the integration
