BMC Helix Container Deployment Service

What you get:
BMC will perform the following in one environment:
- Conduct a workshop to identify Customer’s infrastructure and sizing requirements
- Prepare High Level Design Document
- Validate the BMC software required for deployment
- Validate Customer’s environment meets all pre-requisites
- Install BMC Helix Common Services Platform and Helix in-scope applications on Customer’s Container Management Platform*
- Prepare Construction Document
- Validate installation of the BMC Helix applications
Customer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the right level of access is provided to BMC resources to perform the deployment on Customer’s Container Management Platform
- Ensuring the required BMC software is made available within the designated environment via the Customers' local repository or BMC Docker Trusted Registry (DTR)
- Ensuring that the latest version of the Health Check Tool (HCT) completes successfully and validates the Customer environment

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Construction Document
- High Level Design Document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
Pre-requisites:
- The following applications require that BMC Discovery be installed on-prem as an appliance:
- BMC Helix Monitor
- BMC Helix AIOps
- BMC Helix Continuous Optimization
- Completion of project readiness questionnaire
- Customer must provide a pre-configured, supported containerized environment
- Refer to the system requirements in BMC documentation for the latest supported list of platforms:
