BMC AMI Ops Automation 8: Using and Managing TOM Exam

BMC AMI Ops Automation for z/OS application Total Object Manager, also referred to as TOM, provides a basic infrastructure that manages a variety of objects in a z/OS sysplex environment.

With Total Object Manager (TOM), you can manage objects on a single system or throughout a sysplex and use BMC AMI Ops Automation SHARED variables in object definitions.

The BMC AMI Ops Automation 8: Using and Managing TOM Exam will validate the technical competencies needed to successfully understand and use Total Object Management for managing objects, as well as set up calendar dependencies.

This exam is part of the BMC AMI Ops Automation Certified Specialist.

Note: In addition to English, the exam is available in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Steps to Certifications

Step 1.  Take the recommended courses for the Certified [Associate/Professional/Expert] learning path. Purchase the required exam (attempts).

Step 2.  Study and prepare for the exam. BMC recommends 6 weeks and a minimum of [3] months of experience with the product before taking the exam.

Step 3.  Take and pass the exam.

Step 4.  If you have failed the exam, purchase another exam attempt and start at step 2.
