The challenge

Every month, Vibe Group's HR department had to distribute payslips to more than 200 employees. The documents arrived as a single consolidated PDF, which meant the team had to work through a chain of manual steps by hand:

• Receive and validate the consolidated file.
• Separate the payslips into individual documents.
• Identify the employee tied to each document.
• Look up each employee's corporate email address in the ERP system.
• Send every payslip individually.
• Check for errors along the way.

The process consumed several hours of staff time each month. Worse, it introduced real risk. Manual handling meant documents could be sent to the wrong recipient, and payslips contain sensitive personal and financial information. Traceability was limited, productivity suffered, and the organization needed stronger controls and security around the entire workflow.

The solution

Vibe Group turned to Master Support, which used Control-M SaaS and AI to transform the manual operation into an intelligent, integrated, and fully automated workflow. Control-M SaaS serves as the central orchestration layer, coordinating SharePoint, AI-powered document identification, the corporate ERP system, and email services so each step runs in the right order, at the right time, with consistent visibility across the process.

The orchestrated workflow now:

• Monitors SharePoint for the arrival of the consolidated file.
• Automatically initiates document processing.
• Uses AI to identify the CPF (Brazilian taxpayer identification number) on each payslip.
• Queries the corporate ERP system to locate each employee and retrieve their email address.
• Splits the consolidated file into individual documents.
• Sends the correct payslip to each employee automatically.
• Records every step, result, and exception for auditing and traceability.

This is orchestration extending well beyond traditional IT automation—coordinating  applications, data, AI services, and business processes into one reliable, governed workflow.
