Control-M for Databases Deployment Service

What you get:

BMC will perform the following in one environment:

• Provide an overview of the Control-M for Databases plugin and its supported job types
• Review pre-requisites for the Control-M for Databases implementation
• Install the Control-M for Databases plugin for up to two agents
• Configure the Control-M for Databases settings
• Create up to five Control-M for Databases connection profiles
• Create up to ten Control-M for Databases jobs
• Validate the created jobs
• Conduct hand-off session

Customer will be responsible for:

• Providing access to their internal domain expert resources, such as schedulers, database application developers, and automation beneficiaries, on the agreed start date
• Providing the necessary technical resources for the installation and configuration, such as infrastructure and network administrators, on the agreed start date

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Construction Document

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.

Pre-requisites:

Customer must:

• Have an existing installed and configured Control-M for Distributed Systems
• Provide access to one or two agents for Control-M for Databases plugin installations
• View the Control-M for Databases overview video
